Group sessions or one-to-one coaching.  Dedicated to creating well-being, balance and peak performance, Stephanie chose to specialise in creative industries and sport because that’s where the challenge is the greatest.  Deal with the pressure, seize the moment and energise - just when you need to.  But stay grounded, be yourself and relax at the same time.  It’s a cool trick to do both.  And now you can Stephanie is a fully qualified stress manager and sophrologist.  For more than a decade, she has worked with a cross section of clients, from business people to creatives, from high level sports men and women to performers of all descriptions. Sophrology uses techniques based on relaxation, breathing and visualisation to undo emotional and mental barriers.  Soothing but powerful, these techniques unlock inate abilities and deliver both instant relief and well being. Dynamic relaxation is a sophrologic technique using movement in a deeply relaxed state to enhance the mind-body connection and create profound emotional and mental liberation.  It restores natural confidence and balance, as well as building a positive and well-structured body image. Japanese massage will help everyone but was originally developed specifically for performers in sport, music or theatre.  It’s efficient and practical, working on more than 150 energy points on the body and creating a fantasic flow of energy.  It is carried out over normal clothes (or costumes), which means it can be performed on site (in offices, theatres or sports stadia).  It is also a great way to energise prior to a big performance (presentation, showtime or sports event) or during a break.  Duration from 10 minutes to 1 hour.
